Conditions for Refund & Exchange:

• Refunds and Exchange are allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition as purchased.
• The refund will match the exact amount shown on the sales invoice.
• Customers can exchange an item for another of equal or higher value (with price difference paid).
• If the item has a manufacturing defect, it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, after managerial approval. Please email an image of the product and the invoice to request approval, in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the refund/exchange window has passed, cases will be reviewed individually. The item must be intact and accompanied by the original invoice. Please email us the invoice and
request management approval.
• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for the return or exchange requests.
